Chimney Heights is a ground level clinic (no stairs or hallways) located right next door to the Gurdwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib Temple at the corner of 152nd Street and 68th Avenue with unlimited free parking. Our patients come from Cloverdale, Fleetwood, Guildford, Newton, North Surrey, and South Surrey.
